About Phill Forostenko
Phill is an accredited Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) Physiotherapist, a member of the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Australia group, and the Sports Physiotherapy Australia group. Phill holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy as well as a Bachelor degree in Sports Science and a Bachelor degree in Exercise Science.
He has a keen interest in sporting injuries having competed at both a national and international level in hockey. Phill’s sporting background and education in exercise and sports science gives him a unique insight into physiotherapy treatment and exercise prescription.
Phill also has a strong interest in the treatment of workplace related injuries, which are often in the form of back, shoulder and neck pain.
His focus is to not only directly treat the injury, but to also work with the patient to develop appropriate strategies and exercises to help prevent re-occurrence of these injuries.
